At Fashion Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Certain items such as customized or final sale products may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund Process
After we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 2–3 business days.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund TAT (Turnaround Time):
Inspection & approval: 2–3 business days
Refund processing: 5–7 business days
Total refund turnaround time: 7–10 business days from the date the returned product is received at our warehouse.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Exchange Process
Once the returned product passes inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched within 2–4 business days, subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or request a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing your order number and clear photos of the product. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
